Our childcare and early learning programs serve families throughout the Waco area who are looking for a safe, supportive environment that encourages learning, growth, and development from the very beginning.
Our enrollment process is simple, and our team is available to help answer questions, schedule a tour, and guide families through each step of getting started.

Complete our short form to tell us about your child and preferred program. This helps us learn what you’re looking for before we connect.

After we receive your form, a member of our team will contact you to confirm availability, schedule your tour, and walk you through what to expect.

Complete Enrollment Paperwork
After your tour, our staff will help you complete any remaining documents and review tuition details, start dates, and program schedules.

Get Ready for the First Day
Once enrollment is confirmed, we’ll provide a welcome packet and help you prepare for your child’s first day at International Kids Academy.

Yes. A small, non-refundable registration fee is required to secure your child’s place once your application is accepted.

Tuition rates vary by program and schedule. We strive to keep costs affordable while maintaining small class sizes and high-quality instruction.

Families may qualify for state-funded assistance for Pre-K 3, Pre-K 4, or Kindergarten through Texas Education Freedom Accounts, which are expected to begin in the 2026–2027 school year.
